Purchase Executive

Experience: 1-2 Years | Salary: Negotiable | Location: Noida | Qualification: B.A/ B. Com/ MBA | Working: Monday to Saturday

Role & Responsibilities

Procurement of raw material, packaging material etc.
Must have knowledge about purchase and follow up etc.
Comfortable to perform job description in another part of administrative activities as well.
Able to perform vendor qualification, justification payment and door entry of goods.

Skills

Have good knowledge of about nutraceutical excipients and good grade nutraceuticals raw materials.
Must have knowledge about nutraceuticals packaging materials for liquid , solid dosage , sachets, and powder form.
Good skills of negotiation.

Production Helper

Experience: Fresher – 1 Years | Salary: Negotiable | Location: Noida | Qualification: Graduate from any filed | Working: Monday to Saturday

Role & Responsibilities

Operating machines as per instructions of Expert.
Physical work on floor while manufacturing.
Cleaning/ sanitation of all manufacturing equipment

Skills

Must be polite and adhere with the experts instructions.
Must have knowledge about personal hygiene and nutraceuticals manufacturing aspects.
Capable to perform work over manufacturing floor.

Experience: Fresher – 3 Years | Salary: 2.16 LPA – 3.60 LPA | Location: Noida | Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm | Working: Monday to Saturday

Role & Responsibilities

To plan and execute all day IPQA Activities.
Act as Quality representative on the floor during manufacturing operations and assist Production .
Personnel with troubleshooting.
Perform daily compliance walk-throughs in Production and Warehouse.
Perform release of rooms for Manufacturing and Packaging.
Assure release of raw materials and components prior to manufacturing
Control and maintain product labels.
Maintenance of reserve sample storage.
Initiate and aid in the investigating of Incidents and Deviations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis using tools such as Fishbone, KT, 5Whys, etc.
Develops applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing Quality Management Systems.
Supports regulatory inspections and audits.
Communicate results from Daily Compliance walkthroughs
As appropriate, use knowledge and experience to solve straightforward problems.
Ensures Operations are compliant with SOPs.
Use independent judgment, as necessary, in developing systems/processes for use within Quality.

Capsule filing operator

Experience: 2 – 10 Years | Salary: 2.16 LPA – 3.60 LPA | Location: Noida | Qualification: Any Degree | Working: Monday to Saturday

Role & Responsibilities

To Operate manual capsule filling machine and semi-automatic loader.
To place empty capsules onto the loading tray and place tray onto the machine.
To pull locking lever forward. push down long handles which will lifts the caps off all the bodies. Set aside the tray contains all capsules
To place Powder tray on filler,
To pour and spread the pre measured powder. move extra powder on to powder tray
To turn handle to compress powder, allow to fill more powder.
Rinse temper and spread extra powder from shelf into capsule ,to ensure uniform fill weight.
Return the tray containing caps to filler.to turn front knob
Disenagage lock for locking plate. Lift locking plate and turn knob to the right.
To Push down long handle and remove tray of complete capsule.
To keep capsule filled in proper container.
