Mr.Shabbir Ahmed

Mr. Shabbir Ahmed started a venture as the co-founder and Director of Abha Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd., in April 2018. It is a reputable third-party manufacturer of nutraceuticals, specializing in the manufacturing of liquid, solid, sachets, and powder nutraceutical products that adhere to the highest global standards in terms of quality and efficacy.
Mr. Ahmed, using his knowledge of the different disciplines, is providing strategic advice and guidance specific to the nutraceuticals sector. His focus is on manufacturing intricacies, quality standards, regulatory compliance, innovation and precision analysis that are all essential elements of a successful nutraceutical business.
Mr. Ahmed embarked on his professional journey in 2008, commencing his career as a provisioner at HCL Technologies. In 2009, he transitioned to the role of Senior Analyst at BioXcel Corporation, where he has led many successful projects as a project manager for renowned companies like BMS, Gilead, Roche, and others. Demonstrating his versatility and adaptability, Mr. Ahmed further enriched his work history by serving as an assistant manager at Jubilant Ingrevia, Noida, from 2011 to 2013.
Throughout his employment in different industries and diverse roles, Mr. Ahmed’s experiences have significantly contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the needs of clients. Having accumulated over 13 years of extensive experience, Mr. Ahmed has successfully served multinational clients across various domains operating on a global scale.
Mr. Ahmed, a co-founder and director of Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida, has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the company since its inception in June 2013.
His Academic qualification includes MS in Biotechnology from Jamia Hamdard during 2006-2008. He completed his diploma in IPR from NALSAR University in 2009-10. He is a proud alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University where he completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons. in Botany/Plant Biology in 2001-2005. Mr. Ahmed also holds an executive diploma in Management from IIM, Kolkata.
Mr. Ahmed possesses proficiency in oration and also exhibits interest in sports endeavors such as cricket, chess, and table tennis. He remains diligently informed about the most recent developments in the corporate sphere. In addition, he consistently surrounds himself with motivational literature.
Mr. Ahmed is responsible for organizing and building teams. He excels in identifying crucial business areas for establishing sustainable business models, developing company strategies for successful growth, and forging strategic alliances with brands and individuals.

Mr. Raakesh Kumaar Shahi

Mr. Raakesh Kumaar Shahi started a new venture as the co-founder and Director of Abha Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd in April 2018. This esteemed company has gained recognition as a leading third-party manufacturer of nutraceuticals. Abha Biotechnology specializes in producing liquid, sachets, solid, and powder nutraceutical products that meet the highest global standards in terms of quality and effectiveness. His experience ensures that Abha Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. consistently delivers products that meet industry standards.
Mr. Shahi’s commitment to excellence and his comprehensive understanding of the industry have contributed to his success in establishing and leading this innovative nutraceutical manufacturing company.
Mr. Shahi began his professional journey in 2006, commencing his career as a Marketing Executive at GSK. In 2007, he transitioned to the role of Sr. Marketing Executive at Hi-media, where he swiftly established himself as a valuable corporate employee within a span of four years. Demonstrating his versatility and adaptability, Mr. Shahi further enriched his work history by serving as an Assistant manager- Sales North India at Jubilant Ingrevia, Noida, from 2011 to 2013.
With over 15 years of extensive experience, Mr. Shahi possesses a wealth of expertise in international sales and marketing, business strategy, and planning. He has a proven track record in business development and supply chain management, demonstrating hands-on knowledge in these areas. He has handled more than 5000 clients around 35 countries in turn key projects, regulatory functions, plant Setup, and business Setup. His expertise also lies in other fields including Projects, engineering, and Consultancy Market Research reports, DPR reports/ portfolio analysis in Pharma/Biotech/Chemicals/Herbal extracts, specialty Chemicals, and technology transfer.
Mr. Rakesh Shahi, co-founder and director of Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd. situated in Noida, has been instrumental in the company’s establishment since its founding in June 2013.
Mr. Shahi holds a Master’s degree in organic chemistry from C C S University (2005), a Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing/ Marketing Management from M G University, and a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University (2003).
His work responsibilities include strategic business support to the client’s from nutraceutical industry. These services also encompass standardized and regulatory compliant manufacturing of nutraceuticals.
Mr. Shahi’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic business support services for clients within the lifescience industries. This includes conducting in-depth market research analysis, particularly focusing on the fine chemicals and API sectors. Moreover, he provides comprehensive analytics for new product development, integrating various factors such as technology fitment, therapeutic area-wise preferences, and market value. His specialization extends to intellectual property (IP)-based projects and offering detailed analytics on export-import dynamics for clients and competitors. Furthermore, Mr. Shahi dedicates efforts to fine chemicals product-wise worldwide customer mapping, facilitating the identification of potential markets and customers for his clients’ products.

Dr. Vipin Panwar is the CEO of Abha Biotechnology, bringing with him rich experience and demonstrated history of working in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical & FMCG industries. He possess extensive experience in operations, Quality assurance & Research & Development. Dr. Panwar is skilled in audit management, new developments, scaling up, process optimization and troubleshooting formulations. Dr. Panwar previously worked as Site Quality Head in esteemed organizations where he successfully faced many regulatory audits including USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and many more.
Dr. Panwar started his career with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2005 as a Quality Control Executive and worked on sophisticated lab equipment’s stability studies. He continued his carrier journey with reputed organizations Panacea Biotec ltd, Ranbaxy labs ltd, Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd, IPCA labortaories ltd, VVF India Ltd, Dr. Panwar played important roles in these organizations as Operation Head, Quality Head(QA/QC), Team lead Analytical assurance & method validation.
Dr. Panwar educational background includes PhD in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Uttaranchal University. Topic of research was “Studies on the Pharmacological Activities of Herbal Plants in Various Combinations”. Study was based on pharmacological activities (antimicrobial activity, antioxidant activity & anti-inflammatory) of herbal plants individually and different combinations. Dr. Panwar published several research papers in national and international Journals with good impact factor.
Dr Panwar Holds MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry from Gurukul Kangri University and BSc in Biochemistry from University College Kurukshetra.
He provides strategic direction and tactical oversight to the facility, promoting operational excellence across all functions including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Dr. Panwar plays important role in supporting daily management and prioritizing team members to meet all performance standards in production efficiency, product cost, waste reduction, safety, quality control, sanitation and adherence to GMPs/HACCP/FSSAI protocols. He leads the development of robust, stable and effective formulations for manufacturing, both at 3rd party manufacturing facility and in-house manufacturing, aligning with company’s requirements.
